Medical care was required after a two car collision injured at least one person in Fontana

An ambulance was dispatched after a two car collision on the Duncan Canyon Road on-ramp to the Ontario Freeway resulted in at least one injured person at approximately 11:02 AM on Tuesday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.

Multiple lanes were blocked as tow crews and the California Department of Transportation worked to clear the accident, sources said.

There was at least one injured person in the aftermath of the crash as an ambulance arrived to treat the injured, according to the logs.

Currently, the identities of the persons involved in the accident is not released. In addition, it is currently unknown whether or not the vehicles involved in the accident had other passengers in the cars.

The investigation into this crash is still ongoing. Further details regarding this accident will be released to the public as it becomes available.
