Grover Beach Police are still investigating a fatal car accident that killed a pedestrian on Monday, February 15, 2016. According to KSBY, Christopher Dale Hall, 48, was killed at the intersection of 4th Street and Brighton Avenue while in the crosswalk.
Grover Beach Police Chief John Peters said that all factors are being considered in the investigation and the driver of the vehicle is not facing criminal charges at this time. “The investigation will look at all aspects, like whether or not the driver could see the passenger or the pedestrian, or what type of clothing, if any clothing, contributed to it,” Peters said.
