Ryan Buchanan

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Ryan Buchanan grew up in Santa Barbara County and attended St. Joseph High School where he excelled in golf, volleyball, and football. He then went on to attend San Diego State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduating from San Diego State, Ryan immediately went on to attend California Western School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Ryan knew he wanted to be an attorney, so he wasted no time in pursuing his goals of attending law school and becoming an attorney.

During his time at law school, Ryan served as a judicial intern at the Santa Barbara Superior Court where he honed his legal research and writing skills. It was during his time working at the Court that Ryan immediately knew he wanted to be a personal injury attorney. Ryan is licensed to practice law throughout the State of California and is a critical member of the firm’s personal injury litigation team. He practices at The May Firm’s Santa Barbara and Santa Maria offices.”

Ryan is excited to be back living on the Central Coast. Through his work at The May Firm, Ryan truly appreciates the opportunity he has to make sure the members of his hometown community receive the care they need and justice they deserve. When Ryan is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, cycling and golfing.
