Fatal two-car crash injures several people in 2500 block of University Avenue
According to an article from CBS Local, there was a fatal crash in East Palo Alto in which one person was killed and three others injured in the 2500 block of University Avenue.
As mentioned in the article, Menlo Park Fire Protection District sent responders to a traffic collision in the area at about 2:50 p.m.
When authorities arrived, they found two victims trapped in a badly mangled Ford Mustang.
Furthermore, emergency crews discovered the driver of the vehicle, who was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after, reported the article.
Additionally, two people in the other vehicle and the trapped parties were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Currently, the severity of their injuries was not listed, per the article.
Currently, the investigation remains under investigation as authorities work to determine what the cause of the car accident was.
