Brigeety Jimenez, 38, arrested after DUI-related car accident near Mangel Ranch Road and Sears Point
According to a recent press release, there was a head-on, DUI-related car accident on Highway 121 near Mangel Ranch Road on Sunday afternoon in which Millen and David Griffith were injured.
As mentioned in the article, the two Rohnert Park residents were injured when Brigeety Jimenez, 38, of San Rafael, crashed head-on into a Toyota Corolla after crossing the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic.
The accident occurred at 4:40 p.m. just north of Mangel Ranch Road and Sears Point, the report indicated.
As a result, Millen Griffith, 64, and David Griffith, 23, the two occupants inside the Toyota, suffered moderate injuries and were transported via ambulance to the Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa.
Furthermore, Jimenez was taken by officers to Sonoma Valley Hospital for treatment of minor injuries before being booked into Sonoma County Jail. Jimenez was arrested because officers claimed that she was intoxicated at the time of the accident.
