Drivers Seriously Injured in 2-Vehicle Collision in Goleta

On Sunday, June 11, 2017, two people were seriously injured following a two-car collision on Patterson Avenue in Goleta, California.

According to Santa Barbara Noozhawk, the crash occurred shortly after noon near the intersection of University Drive and Patterson Avenue. One of the vehicles ended up on its roof in the parkway on the west side of Patterson Ave.

Firefighters had to extract both drivers from their vehicles and were taken by American Medical Response to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. At this time, no names have been released and is under investigation of the California Highway Patrol.
