Accident Causes Major Injuries on El Cajon Boulevard and Mississippi Street

According to a recent article from The San Diego Union-Tribune, a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a Dodge Ram truck caused major injuries to a woman. The vehicle accident occurred on Thursday around 4:15 p.m. when she collided with a pickup truck that had run a stop sign in University Heights.
The motorcycle rider was identified as a 26-year-old woman who was traveling eastbound on El Cajon Boulevard when she struck the side of a Dodge Ram that was traveling north on Mississippi Street, according to the report.
Per the article, the woman was transported to a local hospital after suffering serious injury to her leg. The pickup driver, only known to be a 35-year-old man, was reportedly uninjured.
The San Diego police investigated the car accident to determine liability and as a conclusion, police stated that neither alcohol nor drugs was a factor in the car collision.
