Multi-car accident in San Jose resulted in injuries
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Friday, April 13th 2018, at about 3:48 p.m., at least one person was injured ensuing a traffic collision involving several vehicles on the southbound of U.S. Highway 101 near Interstate 280 connector in the city of San Jose.
In addition, the report stated that a grey Toyota Camry, black Acura and two grey sedan not described by officials were the vehicles involved in the traffic collision.
Several lanes of traffic were blocked as authorities worked to clear the accident and a tow truck was required for the vehicles involved in the accident, as stated by CHP.
Furthermore, it is unclear how many were injured, but at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics due to complain of pain. Moreover, authorities have not yet released any information on the injured party at this time.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.
