At least one person injured in multiple vehicle accident on I-110 south of W Gage Ave. in Los Angeles
As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol police report, on Sunday, April 15th 2018, at about 12:06 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident involving several vehicles that took place on the southbound 110 Freeway, just south of W Gage Ave. in the city of Los Angeles.
Furthermore, authorities did not give a full description of all the vehicles but did mention that there were upwards of five vehicles involved: a blue Kia, a gold Chevrolet Tahoe, another red vehicle, and two other vehicles. The accident caused the vehicles to block the middle lanes of the highway, according to CHP.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash. Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
