Car collision on Highway 17 near Hebard Road in Los Gatos injures at least one person
According to a local news article, on Thursday morning, April 19th, 2018, around 8:17 am, at least one person was injured after a car crash occurred on State Route 17 near Hebard Road in Los Gatos.
In addition, at least three vehicles were involved in the car crash, stated the officials. Also, authorities arrived to find the vehicles blocking some lanes on the highway, mentioned the report.
Furthermore, emergency personnel arrived on the scene to treat victims with minor injuries, stated the report.
It is unknown at this time if alcohol and or drugs were a factor in this incident.
Several lanes of traffic were blocked as authorities worked to clear the accident and a tow truck was required for the vehicles involved in the accident, as stated by authorities.
In addition, it is unclear how many were injured, but at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by medical personnel. Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured party at this time.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.
