Car strikes 4 people on E Cesar Chavez Ave near N Vignes St in Los Angeles
According to a news article by OnSceneTV, on Monday, April 23rd 2018, at about 2:28 a.m. four people were injured after being struck by a vehicle on East Chavez Avenue near North Vignes Street in the city of Los Angeles.
Furthermore, the driver of the vehicle was seen having an altercation with four people, and when they decided to walk away the driver intentionally drove his vehicle into the group of people, as mentioned by officials. The vehicle came to a stop after hitting a wall just before hitting a bus stop, as stated by OnSceneTV.
In addition, three of the four people were transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured party is unknown at this time. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured victims.
