Motorcyclist hospitalized ensuing hit-and-run collision on the 238 Freeway to Interstate 880 in San Leandro
As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol police report, on Thursday, April 19th 2018, at 1:48 p.m. a motorcyclist was injured as a result of a hit-and-run collision that took place on Interstate 238 near the 880 Freeway in the city of San Leandro.
Moreover, authorities reported that a motorcyclist was traveling northbound on I-238 when the it got struck by small black sedan, which fled the scene. The rider was knocked down and was almost struck by a big rig, according to CHP.
In addition, the motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured rider are unknown at this time. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on injured party.
