Motorcyclist hospitalized ensuing traffic accident on the 80 Freeway west of Treasure Island Rd in San Francisco
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Thursday, April 19th 2018, at about 3:19 p.m. a motorcyclist was injured as a result of a truck accident that took place on Interstate 80, just west of Treasure Island Road in the city of San Francisco.
Furthermore, authorities mentioned that a big rig and a motorcyclist were traveling eastbound on the I-80 when the collision. When officials arrived at the scene the rider was found in laying down on the interstate roadway, as stated by CHP.
In addition, the motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured rider are unknown at this time. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
