Car accident hospitalized at least 1 person on the 5 Freeway north of the Aliso Creek rest area in Oceanside
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Tuesday, April 3rd 2018, at about 10:05 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on Interstate 5, just north of the Aliso Creek rest area in the city of Oceanside.
Furthermore, authorities mentioned that a white van and a white sedan were traveling northbound on I-5 when the accident occurred. The collision caused one of the vehicle to roll over and sending debris all over the road way including the southbound lanes, as stated by officials.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
