Car accident resulted in injuries on the 10 Freeway east of Monte Vista Ave in Montclair
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Sunday, April 1st 2018, at about 10:33 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that involved several vehicles on Interstate 10, just east of Monte Vista Avenue in the city of Montclair.
Furthermore, authorities did not give a full description of the vehicles, but did mention that five vehicles were traveling eastbound on I-10 when the collision occurred. The accident caused debris to fly all over the roadway, as stated by CHP.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
Currently, this incident is undergoing review by authorities as they work to determine the exact cause and liable party of the collision. Further details will be made available at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
