At least one victim dead fatal Pleasant Grove car crash

At least one victim was killed in a two-vehicle car accident that took place last Wednesday in Pleasant Grove on Highway 99 and West Catlett Road, according to local news sources.

As mentioned, the accident occurred at about 10:33 p.m. on Wednesday when California Highway Patrol officers responded to the car accident between a 2013 Toyota 4Runner and a 2004 Toyota Sienna.

Authorities located a passenger laying on the ground at the scene of the crash and pronounced the 22-year-old Loomis resident dead at the scene.

Furthermore, two others were reportedly transported by paramedics to UC Davis with major injuries.  Moreover, according to the article, the driver of the Sienna was identified as Jennifer Alford and her passenger was identified as Stephen Alford.  They sustained minor injuries.

Currently this crash remains under the investigation by the California Highway Patrol, and further details will be relayed at a later time.
