Vehicle collision left at least one person injured on State Route 101 near Fair Oaks Ave in Sunnyvale

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Thursday, March 1st 2018, at 2:21 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision on Highway 101, just south of Fair Oaks Avenue in the city of Sunnyvale.

Additionally, officials report that a blue Ford F-150 a Ford Mustang and a black sedan were the vehicles involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.  The vehicles were blocking the 1st the 3rd and 4th lanes of the 101 Freeway, as mentioned by CHP.

Furthermore, at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics, however authorities have no word on the condition of the injured party.

Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
