A motorcycle accident in California is often a devastating event for victims. Motorcycle riders have the highest rates of injuries and fatalities when compared to crashes involving all other vehicles. California is home to many avid motorcyclists, who enjoy warm weather year-round. The consequences of being involved in a motorcycle crash, however, cannot be understated.
In many California motorcycle accidents, a negligent driver is to blame for the crash. Drivers frequently fail to see motorcycles and fail to yield to motorcycle riders, resulting in a catastrophic crash.
