Fatal Head-on Collisions in California

Although nearly any collision holds the possibility to be catastrophic, those which occur head-on are repeatedly among the most serious. In 2018, the fatalities of approximately 48 people per 100,000 were reported following injuries suffered in various motor vehicle accidents. Unfortunately, head-on collisions in California are commonly detrimental, and protecting your rights as a victim or a loved one is of the highest importance.

We understand that there is generally nothing as challenging as sustaining a sudden injury, and especially the sudden loss of a family member. Following such a distressing event, it is essential to know that you may have very significant rights that are protected by California law.

Our accident attorneys at the May Firm will work with you to preserve your rights and give you the peace of mind needed to focus on the path ahead.
