According to The Ventura County Star, 26 year old John Bramsfort, was arrested after suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. On Thursday, March 03, 2016, Bramsfort entered the 101 freeway in the wrong direction. He collided with another vehicle head on. The crash was reported around 12:30 a.m.
Both cars sustained severe damage, the woman driving the other vehicle was able to get out of her vehicle and suffered only minor injuries. Bramsfort suffered a fractured femur and was taken to the hospital where he was later taken into custody.
