Sylmar, CA (February 27, 2020) – According to police in Los Angeles, an alleged hit-and-run collision claimed the life of a pedestrian at the intersection of Hubbard Street and Dronfield Avenue. The fatal accident was reported on Wednesday evening, February 26th, at approximately 6:51 p.m.
Authorities stated that a female pedestrian was walking in the area when she was struck at or near the intersection. The vehicle involved, described as a white colored Mustang, fled the scene before police arrived.
Emergency medical responders found the victim lying in the roadway and sadly pronounced her deceased at the scene. Police are continuing to look for the suspect as part of an ongoing investigation into this incident.
