According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash occurred at around 6:26 a.m. on Friday morning, October 18th, in the vicinity of Lincoln Avenue.

Fatal Head-On Collisions in California

Due to high speeds, head-on collisions often end with catastrophic and fatal injuries. Recent reports have found that more than 3,000 California car accidents ended in fatalities in the year 2017. Thousands more resulted in minor to major injuries, and while there are many different reasons why a head-on collision can occur, it is important to understand that as either a victim or a family member, you may be entitled to file a claim for compensation at this time.

Because of the extremely high costs of medical bills and physical recovery on top of lost wages, many victims will opt to file a claim for financial recompense. It is our belief that anyone who has operated a vehicle in a negligent manner, resulting in the injuries or death of another person, should be held accountable for their actions.
