Fatal Motorcycle Accidents and DUI Crashes in California

In 2016, motorcycle deaths made up approximately 15.1% of all motor vehicle accident deaths. According to an Office of Traffic Safety report, 2016 also saw a dramatic increase in DUI related fatalities. Due to the statistics, it seems fairly obvious that when a motorcyclist is struck by an intoxicated driver, the results are likely to be devastating.

We understand that there is nothing as tragic as the sudden loss of a loved one, although it is important to realize that your rights as the bereaved family must be protected as soon as possible.
