According to recent studies, trucking accidents in California are often caused by factors such as incorrect weight distribution, speeding, and drowsiness. When a trailer is inefficiently loaded, even a trivial shift in weight can quickly trigger a severe collision. Additionally, the size and power of such vehicles commonly increase the gravity of a sudden accident, resulting in devastating or even life-ending injuries.
