Authorities stated that a blue Chevrolet Tahoe and a gray Ford SUV collided along the freeway at Alameda Street. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene where they assisted those involved.
At this time, neither the number of victims nor their current conditions have been reported. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Our thoughts are with the victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
According to reports, around 9.1 per 100,000 people lost their lives during the numerous car accidents that took place throughout California in 2017. Car accidents in California, like anywhere else in the country, are incessantly triggered by the actions of irresponsible or seriously reckless motorists. While the numbers will fluctuate, many people only continue to sustain severe injuries due to neglectful drivers each and every day.
