The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports approximately 150,000 construction accidents with injuries each year. Construction accidents in California, like any other state, are often among the most severe kinds of accidents as they typically involve seriously heavy and powerful equipment. Such accidents can easily result in catastrophic or even fatal injuries to workers, as well as bystanders and property owners.
We understand that there is often nothing as life-altering as suffering a sudden injury, and it is important to realize that your rights must be protected as soon as possible. Additionally, when you or a loved one has been injured or killed as the result of someone else’s blatantly negligent behavior, it is essential to understand the need for qualified representation.
