Long Beach, CA – Pedestrian Struck & Killed at Artesia Blvd & Atlantic Ave

Long Beach, CA (February 4, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a motor vehicle on Tuesday evening, February 4th. The fatal accident happened at approximately 6:25 p.m. at or near Artesia Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach.

According to officials, both the 710 Freeway off-ramp and Artesia Boulevard were closed down following the incident. More than one vehicle is believed to have been involved but police are currently investigating.

Medical responders have only been able to confirm that one pedestrian was struck during the incident and died from their injuries.
