Long Beach, CA – Bryan Bogan Killed in Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Del Amo Blvd

Long Beach, CA (April 9, 2020) – Police have now released the identity of the man who was struck by a vehicle last month and tragically succumbed to his injuries last Saturday, April 4th. According to authorities, 61-year-old Bryan Bogan, of Long Beach, died several days after he was struck by a vehicle on Del Amo Boulevard.

The accident occurred as Bogan and one other person, identified only as a 71-year-old man from Torrance, stood outside of their vehicles near Locust Avenue. Both men were struck by a suspected drunk driver who fled the scene on foot immediately after the incident.

Police later apprehended 50-year-old Charlette Colton, of Lakewood, who is now facing multiple charges including vehicular homicide. The other victim was hospitalized with serious injuries but there has been no update on his current condition.
