Pedestrian Accidents in California

Some relatively recently released figures by the California Office of Traffic Safety showed that fatal pedestrian accidents in California increased by roughly 32.8 percent from 2012 to 2016. Auto-pedestrian collisions are repeatedly detrimental due to the vulnerability of victims, as well as the seriously rash actions of remiss operators. It is crucial for victims to take the proper steps to protect their rights and hold careless parties liable for their behavior as soon as possible.
