Huntington Beach, CA – Fatal Motorcycle Collision at Slater Ave & Morgan Ln

Huntington Beach, CA (September 26, 2019) – A collision between a motorcycle and a pickup truck claimed the life of a 31-year-old man on Wednesday, September 25th. The fatal accident took place at around 5:10 p.m. at the intersection of Slater Avenue and Morgan Avenue in Huntington Beach.

According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the victim was operating a red 2008 Ducati motorcycle when he entered the intersection and collided with a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The victim was thrown from the motorcycle which ended up wedged under the left rear tire of the pickup truck.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene and found the victim in the roadway, unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
