Harbor City, CA (December 13, 2019) – Authorities have identified the pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on Monday evening, December 9th, in Harbor City.
Police said that 68-year-old Nai Wen Fan was struck and killed by a car on South Vermont Avenue just after 6:30 p.m.
Police stated that the driver of an unspecified vehicle struck Fan in the 25700 block of South Vermont Avenue between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive.
Officials verified that the driver of the vehicle stopped to assist authorities but the investigation remains ongoing.
