According to authorities, one person sustained unspecified injuries during the crash. At this time, there has been no word concerning the condition of the truck driver. Police continue their investigation.
We would like to offer our condolences to the families of the deceased victims at this time. Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.
Various factors such as distracted driving and high speeds regularly contribute to serious and even deadly accidents. In fact, recent research found that over 3,000 California car accidents ended with fatalities in 2017 alone. Many more collisions resulted in injuries from minor to catastrophic.
After an accident, the colossally high expenses of things like physical recovery, hospital bills, and funeral costs leave many with no choice but to file a claim for recompense. During such a time, we believe that anyone who has caused the injuries or death of another should be assumed responsible for their actions.
