Fatal Car Accidents in California

While nearly any sudden crash holds the chance to be devastating, those which take place at intersections are recurrently among the most serious. During 2018 alone, the fatalities of around 48 people per 100,000 were reported as the end results of numerous collisions. Sadly, car accidents in California are frequently severe, and safeguarding your rights as a victim or a family member is of paramount importance.

We understand that there is frequently nothing as challenging as suffering an unexpected injury, and particularly the sudden loss of a family member. During such an unfortunate time, it is essential for those affected to recognize that they may have serious rights that are protected by law.
