Bicycle Accidents in California

Most bicyclists who were hit and killed by vehicles were determined to be men over the age of 40-years-old, according to research. However, irrespective of gender and age, bicycle accidents in California are prone to result in catastrophic or fatal injuries at least partly because of the sheer defenselessness of the victim. Of course, severe injuries are also a common result when a collision is caused by an intoxicated or otherwise seriously negligent driver.

At The May Firm, our accident attorneys are committed to holding negligent and blatantly criminal drivers accountable for the devastation they cause. If you have been injured or lost a family member in a bicycle accident because of a reckless, criminal, or otherwise negligent driver, please don’t hesitate to call (844) 629-3476 or leave us a message to schedule a free consultation today.
