At approximately 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, police found a Chevrolet Suburban that had struck a parked car near Airport Avenue and G Street in Lompoc.  It’s said the force of the collision pushed the parked car up onto the sidewalk, subsequently crashing into a pair on teenagers walking on the sidewalk.

According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, The two victims in this collision suffered a left ankle fracture and abrasions while the other suffered a broken right foot.

The driver of the Suburban, David Turcios, 34, of Lompoc was arrested at the scene after being found to be operating a vehicle with a BAC level over the legal limit of .08 Percent.
