California was stated to have the 15th highest percentage of deadly pedestrian accidents in the United States. These statistics were reported during just the first six months of 2017. In that time, nearly 352 people were struck and killed by motor vehicles. This means that pedestrians are at a considerable risk of suffering serious or even fatal injuries during a California pedestrian accident, according to research.
Numerous people are left with immense pain and suffering on top of the overwhelming difficulty of covering high expenses after an unexpected accident. When such a collision is caused by an inattentive or seriously reckless motorist, it becomes essential to know that you have serious rights that are protected by law.
