According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, a vehicle catches fire after colliding with another vehicle. Reports say one vehicle went into a creek and caught fire after contact with another car on Sycamore Canyon Road. Luckily all the parties involved walked away with either very minor or no injuries.
Firefighters were called to the scene at about 3:30 p.m. Luckily, they were able to put out flames fairly quick. Due to earlier rains the area was still damp and did not spread. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the collision.
