Fatal California Car Accidents

Deadly crashes happen daily in California. This year, there will be approximately 3,000 lives lost on our roadways as a result of traffic collisions. Crashes involving large vehicles such as semi-trucks frequently result in devastating consequences.

Following a California car accident, it is imperative to obtain the services of a skilled and aggressive attorney as soon as possible. If you have lost a loved one, you may have a claim for wrongful death under California’s wrongful death law. This law allows you to seek various forms of compensation, including payment for funeral and medical bills, lost wages, and an amount for loss of companionship. These cases can be very complicated and should only be handled by an attorney who is experienced in this area.
