Apple Valley, CA – Man Hit & Killed by Car on Navajo Rd

Apple Valley, CA (November 11, 2019) – A pedestrian was confirmed to have died after suffering critical injuries in a collision with an automobile in Apple Valley. The fatal accident happened at around 11:47 p.m. on Saturday night, November 9th, on Navajo Road.

Police stated that the victim, identified only as a 67-year-old Hispanic male from Apple Valley, was attempting to walk across the street when he was struck by a minivan. Responding paramedics arrived at the scene where they pronounced the severely injured pedestrian deceased.

The operator of the minivan remained at the crash site and assisted authorities. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
